- The programs are sometimes very expensive
- Some camps can be quite pushy and put you dangerously outside of your comfort zone
- The extended period—usually four weeks at a minimum—is inconvenient for many
At the end of the day, you need to make a decision based on what’s best for you. Trying an appetite suppressant like Hoodia and slowly building up a healthy exercise routine may be a great alternative to a weight loss camp. No matter what you decide, a camp like this should always be a final measure and not something done on a whim.
